• We currently do not accept checks.

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

You are welcome to use another form of payment at checkout. Any transaction charged to a credit card-including product purchases, service payments, same-day cancellations, or no-show fees-will incur a 3% processing fee.

Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for the following notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations need to be made by speaking directly with a staff member.

• Individual appointments: At least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Parties or packages of 3 or more services: 72 hours' notice is required.

• Cancellations made with less than the required notice, including same-day cancellations, will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
• If a valid gift certificate or credit card is on file, applicable cancellation or no-show will be automatically charged according to this policy.

These guidelines allow us to honor our providers' time, care for each guest fairly, and preserve the peaceful atmosphere that makes your spa experience special.
