APPOINTMENTS

* Appointments must be cancelled by an answered phone call 24 hours before scheduled appointment(s) time. Parties or packages of 3 or more services require a 48 hour cancellation. 

Failure to cancel within these time frames or same day cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of services. 

No Show Appointments will be charged at 100% of services. If a gift card on file, no show services will be deducted from the balance.

We have a strict no refund policy. All sales final!!  

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
