APPOINTMENTS

* Appointments must be cancelled by speaking directly with a staff member at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment(s) time. Parties or packages of 3 or more services require a 48 hour notice for cancellation. 

Cancellations made outside of these time frames or same-day cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.

If a gift card is on file, the cost of no-show services will be deducted from the remaining balance.

If a credit card is on file, it will be charged according to this cancellation policy.

We have a strict no refund policy. All sales final!!  

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
